1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We strive to ensure every order is correctly processed.

How to Report an Issue:

  • The faulty product will be exchanged for the correct one.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

You can request an exchange if:
✅ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The product was purchased only through our official store.
✅ The product tags and insert card are intact.

Reasons for Exchange:

  • You are not satisfied with the product.
  • You want a different color or fabric.

Note: In these cases, customers will bear all shipping costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

❌ Items with stains, body odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains.


3. Refund Policy

Nishan does not offer cash refunds. However, we provide:

  • Online store credit (coupon) for future purchases.
  • Exchange with another product, subject to availability.

4. Sale Items Policy

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
