How do I make a purchase?

Currently, if you are ordering from within Pakistan, you can pay in Pak Rupees. For international orders, we accept payments in US Dollars, Dirhams, and Pounds.

Which countries does Nishan ship to?

Nishan ships worldwide.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

For Ready-to-Wear items, delivery within Pakistan takes 3-5 working days, while international orders take 7-10 working days. Made-to-Order items require up to 7-8 weeks for delivery. If your order does not reach you within the specified time, please contact us.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery.

Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?

Adding an item to your shopping bag does not guarantee its purchase. If another customer completes the checkout process before you, the item may become out of stock. You can check back later for availability.

Is my package insured, and do I need to sign for my order?

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit to your shipping address. Once delivered and signed for, the package is no longer covered. To ensure safe delivery, we require proof of delivery and do not authorize deliveries without a signature.

Does Nishan ship to multiple addresses?

We can only deliver to one address per order. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Before your order is dispatched, we can cancel an item, change the size, or update your billing and shipping details. Orders placed with online payment can only be canceled within one week. We cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order once it is placed. For modifications, please contact our customer service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order ID and confirmation email. You can use this Order ID to track your purchase online. If you need assistance, you may contact our Customer Care with your tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We do not have a general return or exchange policy. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or receive Online Store Credit of the same value (minus shipping costs) for future purchases.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

We do not offer refunds. However, if you return an item within 7 days, you may receive Online Store Credit equal to the item's value, excluding shipping costs.

There is a fault with the product. What do I do?

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our customer service. You may exchange the item for another product or receive Online Store Credit for the same amount (excluding shipping costs).

Do you offer a repairs service?

We provide a complimentary repairs service for up to one year from the date of purchase.

How do I buy a gift card?

Nishan currently does not offer a Gift Card service.
